RETURN POLICY

We allow 3 days return of defective products upon receipt of items. Sales items are not eligible for returns and refunds.

- Items that are terribly damage or stained
- If the size of item is far from expectation, exchange of item is allowed subject to the return and replacement.

- Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online
- Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed
- Return or exchange is not allowed if size measurement differs about 1-5cm

Exchange of item is allowed with other design or product subject to the return. If higher price item is selected as replacement for a returned item, the remaining top up has to be paid by customer. Otherwise, if lower price item is selected, the balance will be credited to customer for future purchase. No monetary refund is allowed.
